Ever wonder where to start with yoga? Have you taken a class but then realize that there is so much going on and all at the same time? What is Shavasana? Are my feet in the right place? Why are there so many warriors? How do I breathe?
The Intro to Yoga Workshop Series allows you to learn yoga in a way that you can’t in a regular class. With hands-on attention, slow progressions, and modifications, you will be able to learn poses, sequences, breath, yoga lingo, and applicable yogic philosophy that will leave you feeling confident to tackle any yoga class. The last session will be a fully-lead yoga class that will allow students to draw on everything they learned in the previous weeks.
